At TAT Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.

• Upon delivery, you can try your items while the courier waits (for 5-10 minutes). If the item is not suitable, you may return it immediately, paying only the shipping fees.

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@tatstore.net within 3 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

After 3 days from the delivery date, returns will no longer be accepted, but you may still request an exchange for another item, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
