Q- How do I place an order?
Placing an order takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now in our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.

Q-How much does shipping/delivery cost?
Shipping is 50 EG within Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October.
Shipping is for 60 EG for Alex.
Shipping is for 60 EG for Sharqia, beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, kafr el-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez.
Shipping is for 70 EG for Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya, Sohag Aswan, Luxor, Qena .
Shipping is for 100 EG Matrouh, , Red Sea, South Sina.
Shipping is for 200 EG New Valley, North Sinai.
س :ما هي تكلفة الشحن / التوصيل؟
الشحن 50 ج داخل القاهرة والجيزة وحلوان والسادس من أكتوبر.
الشحن بـ 60 جنيه للأسكندرية.
الشحن بـ 60 جنيه للشرقية والبحيرة والدقهلية ودمياط والغربية وكفر الشيخ والمنوفية والقليوبية والإسماعيلية وبورسعيد والسويس.
الشحن مقابل 70 جنيها لكل من أسيوط وبني سويف والفيوم والمنيا وسوهاج أسوان والأقصر وقنا.
الشحن 100 ج مطروح - البحر الأحمر - جنوب سيناء.
الشحن 200 جنيه بالوادي الجديد بشمال سيناء.
Q-How long does delivery take?
A-Delivery takes 3-7 working days inside Egypt (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
س: كم من الوقت يستغرق التسليم؟
A- يستغرق التوصيل من 3-7 أيام عمل داخل مصر (باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية).
Q-I don’t like ordering things online. What if anything goes wrong?
A-This is a common concern we receive because unfortunately, a lot of online shops are dishonest. SO here at TAT STORE , you can choose to always pay on delivery. If there’s anything wrong with the product, we have a very simple return/exchange policy. You can get your full money back or exchange the product for a similar or a different one .
